Billing Policies

We will pre-authorize your credit card for the setup fee plus the fee for the first months usage (prorated), and then setup your web site. Once your web site is setup you will receive your password and setup/support information via email, and your credit card will be charged.

Your account will be debited on (or around) the first of every month there after, and your credit card will be charged recurring charges to balance your account.

When we receive your notice of cancellation, your service will be cancelled, and your credit card wil be credited for the prorated amount of paid unused fees, if the amount is over $1.00.

If the credit card that we have on file for you is rejected for any reason, we will attempt to contact you by email for payment. If you do not provide payment within 15 days of date due (the 15th of the month), your web site will be suspended. You may not be allowed to download the files on your web site or receive email while your account is suspended. You will have to settle your account if you wish to receive web hosting services again. If payment is not made within 30 days of date due, your account will be terminated and your web site will be deleted. If your account is terminated, you will have to repay the setup fee to reactivate the account. Even if you don't wish to reactivate the account, you will be required to pay any past due amounts.

If a past due balance is not settled for any reason within 30 days, interest will accrue on any past due amounts at 1% monthly. A $1.00 processing fee will be added to your past due ammount each month that a statement must be sent to you for collection purposes. If your account is turned over to a collections agency after 90 days, a $25.00 collections fee will be added to your past due ammount. There is a $30 returned check fee for any checks returned due to insufficient funds. We only accept checks for U.S. funds.

We only offer a prepaid discount for web hosting if you pay at least one year in advance. The amount required will depend on our current web hosting monthly rates. This is not a year long contract. Your account will be credited the amount of your prepayment. Each month on the 1st, your account will be debited the current monthly charge. You can still cancel at any time, but a $2.50 processing fee will be deducted from your remaining balance when requesting a refund. Setup fees are non-refundable.

All returned/bounced checks will result in a $30 fee being charged to your account that we require to cover bank fees.

When processing credit cards for funds, if a card is declined for any reason, we will try again. After the second failed attempt, we will deduct an additional $1.00 non-refundable service fee from your account if the processing of your credit card results in one of the following account statuses:

OVER LIMIT
INVALID/BAD CARD
EXPIRED CARD
PICK UP CARD
STOLEN CARD

This charge is necessary to cover our processing costs, so please keep your billing and contact information current. You will have 30 days to dispute this additional charge before it is settled.
